TERMS OF AGREEMENT: 1.) Food and Beverage Packages must be selected at least 14 days prior to the event. 2.) Payment/Deposit Fee: A booking deposit or cancellation fee is applicable to hold the date. The deposit is charged at the time of confirmation to hold your reservation and guarantee pricing/reservation. This deposit and agreement may be canceled up to 14 days prior to the reservation date, at which time your booking deposit will be refunded. If cancellation is less than 14 days prior, the booking fee is non-refundable. 3.) Final payment will include taxes + 20% gratuity and can be made by cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover).
